Free Crowds Sound Effects Bundle Released!

Last week we announced we’re giving away over 2 GB of free sound clips as part of our website beta test. We’re releasing one pack each week that you can add to your sound library.

That post had an overwhelming response! Thank you for the retweets, comments, and for testing out the site.

Today we’re offering a second collection of sound fx you can download, free of charge.

The first bundle was our Train Sound Effects Collection. Drop by, and pick it up if you haven’t already.

This week we’ve added a new bundle: our Crowds Sound Effects Collection.

What is the Crowd Sound Effects Collection?

It’s a bundle of ten sound clips I record from 2011 to 2012. They’re all 96 kHz, 24-bit WAV files, embedded with Soundminer metadata. The entire pack weighs in at just under 850 MB.

I’m a big fan of the fairground crowds and the classic train station crowds. The Chinatown crowds have some cool character to them as well.

You’re welcome to use them as you like, but please do not share them (even for free).
